Textile Printing by Neovchem-NVC™

In textile printing, Neovchem-NVC ™ pigment emulsion provides different fabric shades with brilliant tone. The pastes can be easily stirred in textile fabrics without further grinding. Neovchem-NVC ™emulsion gives excellent results on cotton, nylon, polyester, synthethic, in different fabric when applied after binding.

Guideline for stock paste prepation (aqueous system)

Water                          86.30-79.70 parts
Binder                          12-18 parts
Thickener                    1.5-2.0 part
liqueur Ammonia         0.2-0.5 part

Process

Print on well prepared textile substrate. Dry at 100º C for 3-5 mins.
Fixation at 150º C for 5 min/ 170º C for 3 min

Amount of Binder, Thickener and fixer are available that depends on fabric, design, color, & fastness requirements.
